About
A Visit to Remember
Pick your way across coastal paths, alternating between dainty harbour towns and feathery sands, and pick your preferred spot in the meadow at Nolton Haven Bay Campsite – a mix of gentle slopes and flatter grounds, this dog-friendly site brings the best camping spot to St Brides Bay and the sheltered alcove of Nolton Haven in Pembrokeshire.

A 20-minute drive from St Davids (a place of pilgrimage for the cathedral or wildlife-seeking boat rides), you’ll be well set here for all sorts of days out. And that includes buckets and spades at the beach, or swimming, boating and playing in the waves, as this site is a mere five minutes’ stroll from one of the best family and dog friendly beaches at Nolton Haven bay.

This Quiet site with simple facilities including a hot water washing up area, drinking water points, toilets, hot showers and outdoor cold shower if you are brave enough provides you with the perfect base for exploring Nolton Haven and the rest of Pembrokeshire too . Simply rock up, pick your plot, unpack and relax… and get your barbecues at the ready as they’re permitted at this laidback site. Firepits are available at a small price, with wood and kindling available on site too. We are happy for people to bring their own if they prefer but they must be raised in order to protect the ground.
Pembrokeshire offers nearly every activity you could think of to keep yourselves and your family busy.
Whether you want to spend the day cycling, mountain biking, going for a hike, relaxing at the local fishing point catching mackerel to cook on your BBQ for supper. Or whether you are more of a thrill seeker looking to go surfing, tombstoning, abseiling or you want to head off to oakwood theme park to ride the famous wooden roller coaster there will be something available for everyone.
When you get to the end of your day and you are hungry and tired you can source food and drink at the quirky village pub or the adjoined Café which overlooks the beach just a few minutes' walk away. Or head over to the local farm shop and stock up on homegrown steaks for the BBQ and head back to the campsite with a bottle of wine to watch the stars
